About Me:
Hello, I'm Janaina.
Lawyer with a degree in Law from the Central Paulista University (UNICEP), postgraduate degree in Family and Succession Law from the Brazilian School of Law, specialist in Divorce with Autistic Children.
My Story
I became a self-employed lawyer in 2017, opened my first office in March 2018, and soon realized a truth that no one had told me:
College gave me a degree, but it didn't teach me how to practice law .
My first experience was a real struggle.
I didn't know how to put together a petition, I didn't know which documents to request, I trembled just thinking about opening my OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) card.
I learned everything on my own — through books, online templates, and a lot of mistakes along the way.
Over time, I specialized in Family Law, then in cases involving autistic children, and built a career that gave me experience, but also scars.
Today, my mission is to shorten that path for young lawyers who have just passed their bar exam and are wondering:
"So now what? How do I start practicing law in real life?"
I created the Real Lawyer Mentorship program to help those who want to move beyond theory and build a secure, ethical, and achievable legal practice—even without structure, even without knowing where to start.
If you feel you have a degree but lack practical experience,
Stay with me. We'll go from zero to safety together.
